What Should I Do If I Have Not Received My Expected Cashback?
When a purchase is made, the retailers report cashback payments back to us. Each retailer has different payment schedules, although the majority return confirmations to us within 30 days.
If your cashback is yet to be tracked as ‘pending’ more than 5 days after your purchase, we suggest you open a ‘missing cashback’ support ticket.
Please note that we may not be able to accept ‘missing cashback tickets’ for retailers that historically take longer than 5 days to track.
In these cases we check the average tracking times for the retailer in question and let you know when you can resubmit a ticket.
Before you submit a ticket, we ask you to confirm the following:
1/ You have allowed at least 5 days from the date of transaction for the credit to appear.
2/ Your click history demonstrates that you initiated the transaction with a click from We Promise To.
3/ That the transaction did NOT occur more than 90 days ago (sorry but we cannot investigate claims whereby a transaction was made more than 90 days ago).
If you meet these criteria then please create a ‘missing cashback’ support ticket and we will investigate and attempt to recover your cashback from the retailer.
N.B. After submitting your support ticket it may take a number of weeks to process as we need to raise a request with the retailer and await their response.
