i took out a loan from this company, had problems repaying, then theyasked the bank for thier money which the bank authorised, but they never collected (thats what bank told me), so i thought thats it paid because it was on hold in my account for them, then the next week they took thier money again, which was authorised and they took so i was left with no money as they had already had the money on hold and the extra payment, when i contacted them they said they had never heard of it, all they had to do was send a fax to my banks head office to release the previous weeks money back to me, but they said no, as as far as they were concerned it had be refused. they lady in the bank phoned and after trying to deal with them for nearly an hour, told me not todeal with them again. they just wouldnt listen and treat everybody the same they right you wrong and they dont care if you got 2 kids that need fed!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
