Ordered flowers for Valentines and they emailed confirming dispatch and payment. There is even a credit card transaction but the flowers never turned up. All I'm told is an email should have been sent explaining cancellation.

I used this site to get some flowers sent for my aunt in Scotland, unfortuantely I had left the whole thing too late, so I went onto the site expecting it to be a bog standard florist website and pick a bunch of flowers and off I go - you know the drill. Anyway I was most surprised, not only were there flowers but also chocolates, cakes, balloons, jewellery! It is a great idea. Sometimes you might not want to sedn flowers as let's face it, it always looks like a bit of a cop out - you know couldn't think what else to get you so I got you some flowers. Not that it's not great to receive them cos it is. I made the fatal mistake of saying that when I had just got together with my boyfriend and now I never get flowers and this is 3 years on!!! Anyway, I digress. There are loads of different gifts and they are not so expensive either. I ended up sending my auntie a cream tea basket for £25.00. There are bucket loads of other ideas though - a donut hamper, death by cadburys hamper, sterling silver last rolos. All in all the site is easy to navigate, full of fantastic ideas, resonably priced and works really well. My auntie was well pleased!!

Excellent choice and reasonable prices! They sell teddies, bath stuff and chocolate as well as flowers and they delivered my order right on time!
