Apart from the wrong door number being used for delivery. The communication was great with these people and cash back was in my account within a couple of hours. Wish all companies were like these.

When I received my product it was damaged. Firebox promptly sent me a replacement at no extra charge, with apologies and another bag of sweets! That's customer service for you!
