Sent one email with a pre-sales enquiry about flights and two emails after I book flights but never got replies. I called the number on my booking confirmation (approx 10p a minute) and was told to call another number (costing 20p a minute). The legroom on their Airbus 330s used for long haul flights is awful. My knees were right up against the seat in front. The seats were also so narrow that the arm rest dug in to the side of my thigh. They have also narrowed the aisles to accommodate more seats there are 9 seats across.

Their website is not the best in the world, and sometimes does weird and wonderful things. But to get cashback on your holiday has got to be a good thing. Cashback got credited in just over 3 weeks. Only given 4 stars as I had problems with their website on several occasions.
