This is definately one of the places I enjoy shopping at the most. The staff are really friendly and very helpful. I went into the shop only to buy a bag - due to the lovely staff and warm atmosphere I ended up with 3 bags full of clothes, accessories and a beautiful bag. Whenever my friends say they need to get something special for an event I always recommend Dorothy Perkins. The clothes are beautiful and I have never had a problem with any purchases nor returns.

The clothes are stylish, with a big selection and a good 'Tall' range. The website is easy to use and delivery is normally prompt.
However, I think the prices can be a bit steep sometimes, when the quality isn't actually fantastic. Quite often clothes are out of stock, but there is usually a sale of some kind.
I have never had any problems with the service, and although the delivery charge is a bit high (minimum £3.95) there is a free returns serice.
Recommended, but check the site regularly as products quickly go out of stock.
